Morning funerals give perspective.

I’m burying a wonderful 91 year old lady who scripted her memorial service. (literally left a 3 page script for me to read) – She seemed really intentional about making sure that people could see and notice the beauty in normal life around us, and think about how even nature (that most of us speed past) proclaims God’s love for us… she ended her service with an apology to anyone she’s offended and says she loved them anyway – a beautiful way to close this chapter of life before eternity.
